Role in project
The Czech Technical University in Prague serves as the coordinator of the NCUI. The project is led by two principal investigators—namely, the principal investigator from the Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics, and Cybernetics (CIIRC CTU), in close collaboration with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (FEL CTU). The Czech Technical University in Prague is the main coordinator of the National Center for Artificial Intelligence (NCUI). The Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics, and Cybernetics (CIIRC CTU) performs the coordinating role in collaboration with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (FEL CTU). CTU is responsible for coordinating the consortium, developing research infrastructure, linking AI research with industrial practice, and promoting trustworthy and secure artificial intelligence.
